MBC Group Services has acquired Forbes firm Parity Accounting, aiming to provide professional financial services to even more local businesses, partnerships and families.
A recent addition to Lachlan Street, MBC Group Services has now acquired the financial business of Forbes local and Chartered Accountant Ms Melanie Dunn.
With a growing team of experts across a range of areas, MBC Group Services opened their Forbes office to offer bookkeeping, accounting, financial planning, SMSF, lending and specialty business advisory services, and providing a holistic approach for regional businesses.
Ms Dunn is confident the move is the right one for her and her clients.
“I have been presented with an exciting opportunity that will be growing my career in another direction,” Ms Dunn said. “However, I will be working closely with the highly passionate and extremely skilled team at MBC Group Services to facilitate a seamless transition for all clients involved. “
A locally owned firm with over 50 years’ experience in the Central West, MBC has expanded to include a diverse number of financial services with a focus on small business and the agricultural industry.
“We’re building a strong client base in Forbes,” MBC Group director Mr Ben Wright said. “By supporting Melanie and her exciting move, we’re also continuing to help her clients on their financial journey. We’re enjoying meeting Melanie’s clients to discuss their future successes, and wish her all the best in her new venture.”
MBC Group Services will offer the same level of service Parity Accounting clients are accustomed to.
“We’ve always been passionate about working alongside our clients as their business progresses, Mr Wright said. “Now we’ll be able to help even more regional businesses and operations realise their potential.”
The Forbes office is open five days a week from 8.30am to 5.00pm offering face to face meetings and access to the full range of services.
