COVID-19 MBC WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

MBC Team

The level of uncertainty we are all currently experiencing is unprecedented and may bring with it confusion and anxiety. Now is the time to focus on the wellbeing of your staff, your family and most certainly yourselves.

As the landscape continues to change, we are constantly sifting through new information to ascertain what needs to go out to clients, and our clients are looking to us for safety and reassurance.

Our priority is to protect our team, support our clients and ensure we are doing all we can to keep your business operating. Whether that be remotely or with reduced staff, we want to assure you that we have the ability to support you from anywhere.  We can still inform you and guide you, based on real time data.  As such, our team will be operating as usual, remotely and from our office.

We are available for business as usual but also to discuss new and innovative ways of safeguarding your business – in a new area of opportunity, through a varied model of your existing business or to just step back and reassess your options.  We also want to keep you well informed.  The stimulus packages will most certainly help you through this period.

If you need to come to the office we would like you to call to arrange this.  Our preference is to not have face to face meetings and as such we are moving all meetings to video conferencing or phone – whatever resource best suits your needs.

Drop offs can be made at our office door or mailbox, but these should be minimal these days with email.  Please ensure you keep contacting us via email and we will be also calling you to keep you informed and check in.

Our email and phone response times may be slower, due to the high volume of enquiries, but we will come back to you and answer all of your questions. And should lock down occur, we will be business as usual but remotely. We can be contacted on the main number (02) 6362 0988 and this can be directed to our team.

Now is the time that we all need to take care of one another and come together to support our community and our country but most importantly, our families.
